Mapping UV's along a skinned path

Hi there,
I'm using a line copied accross a curve for a track in a project I am working on and it works great, I have a lot of control over the whole thing, but one thing I cant figure out is how to put down uv's…
Anyone know how I could map this?

A Nurbs surface can use Rows & Columns in the UVtecturing node.

If you skinned object is polygons, just use a convert node before the UVtecture node.
