Dissolve SOP "breaks" the mesh

Well it probably works just as intended but I want the hole to remain, is there anyway todo that ?

Keep one edge from you selection undissolved.

Yes I thought about that, but how do you keep a “good” edge when you ForEaching over 500 pieces and not all edges are connected with in - and - out side of the hole?
