Hey,

probably there's an easy solutino for this problem but I can't get the framerate from Houdini in After Effects. The default in Houdini are 24 frames/sec; AE recognizes it as a 30 fps file. When I try to reduce the framerate inside of AE I don't get more seconds of the video. For example: I've got 150 frame which result in 5 seconds of video at 30fps. At 24 fps I should get 6 seconds but that doesn't work.

Kind of strange. Hope you guys understand what I mean :?

In AE, you can set frame rate by click RMB on footage choose Interpret footage->Main.
You can also set default image sequence frame rate in AE by Edit->Preferences->import
