I have a series of curves that I've imported via Alembic (the branches of a bush), and I'd like to scatter points along the curve.

I assumed that I'd just hook it up to a scatter sop, but that doesn't appear to work.

One possibility is to covert the curve to a volume and scatter points within the volume, but there are a ton of really small curves all tangled together, which means that the overhead in generating the volume will be quite high.

I feel like this should be rather straightforward; any help would be appreciated.

Ah, just answered my own question. For those following along in the future:

Spline –> Resample SOP –> Scatter SOP

Now your points will be placed right along the curve as expected.
