SOP Networks inside of ROP Networks should now properly display their geometry even when Show All and Show Ghosted are off.

The implicit TimeInc parameter in VEX was using the TIMESTEP stamp created by sop solvers. However, if a sop run from a sop solver itself triggered a different DOP cook, and that DOP cook itself had a sop solver, the TIMESTEP would not update. Now, provide the newly cooked SOPs are contained by the sop solver, they will get the proper TIMESTEP.
