Pretty terse as “transform point” could mean quite a number of things.
Explicitly? Use a Transform POP with a point() expression if your transform point lies in an external SOP or the poppoint() expression if the transform point is in the particle system.
It's easy to do this in POPs as well and would be much faster in execution.
Just a wee bit more information would help out a lot.
