i am looking into how to achieve a result similar to this one.

As you can see here, point cloud have plane shapes (like in nuke point cloud) the point cloud have random size with areas in which tinier particles are grouping randomly close to certain areas, then there is that sort of organic particles floating almost disintegrating the main point cloud.

I have post as well a job post about it in here because its kind of a urgent matter and i am totally dumb with Houdini, if anyone can give some ideas on how to achieve that effect that would be really appreciate.
