I want to cut out the outline of an organic 3D object (VDB) with a laser. For this I need the outer lines of the top view.
Unfortunately, after the projection (Ray) onto a grid, it shows 1000 lines, but I only need/want 2 - as shown in the example in the picture with polyexpand.
Does anyone have an idea how this could work)
