Yes i could do that.
But it's like render in 910*512 scale to 1280*720 and watch on 1920*1080 tv.

I dont want burn people's eyes ^^

It's ok, i am happy with TouchDesigner.

i already have TouchDesigner and it works pretty well, i wanna try different setup with houdini.

I can't pay a FX licence, i am a freelance VJ, i create visuals and i am paid for my performance.

Hi chrism,

Can you please suggest to upgrade the resolution to 2048*2048 ?
It is a minimum for create animation in Fulldome theater.

They say 1920*1080.

But i try a 1920*1920 and i get a 1440*1440… (i can't use it)

I hope no more resolution limitation in H14 Indie !

Upgrate the resolution of Hidie version, will be a good move.

I try to render an animation for Fulldome theater (minimum 2k square, best 4k).

when i render, i get a resolution of 1440*1440…?

Hi,
I want create a loop with geo sequence 15 frames.
So i wrote in : Geometry File :
$HIP/geo/YAKURU_01.hipnc.filecache1.$F%15+1.bgeo

But it can't read, don't calculate…
$F%15+1
what did i write wrong ?

I read, watch exemples, tutos…
I didn't find easier way to detect collission and active RBD.

in exemple i found a Chop network = detect impact… but it's to long with many objects.

Sound simple… It's simple in others soft.

Any Solution ?

You use an object to change attribute of points, and active the RBD by this expression : point(“../../box/OUT_active”, $OBJ, “active”, 0)

What is the expression to detect collision and active the RBD ?
iscollided() ?
isclosed ?…

Hi,
I want RBD objects get “active” when they are collide by others.
(not like glue objet)

We can active by keyframe, but with a lot objects, will be hardcore.

On C4D and Softimage it's really easy to setup. ( 1 button)
I think we can do this with active value on network, but what is the best solution ?
