Hello all, I haven't been on a Houdini Forum for many years.
I haven't used H since v5 was new.So I am way past rusty.
I was wondering, I have switched from 3D Animation to Engineering (Tool and Die)since.
I was wondering, making a automated system to pump air is easy, but having the sensors and triggers to operate it as a true ventilator are complex.
During this isolation, I have been researching how ventilators work and their needs.
Does anyone with a lot of CHOPS and hardware input/output know if Houdini with the CHOPS and the capability of building a user interface integrated into H already, if a control a hospital worker could understand could be made to control the ventilator.
Would this be possible, to integrate with sensors like in this site.

I was thinking instead of doing all the programming needed for a ventilator CHOPs could be used instead.
