Houdini HF layer vs Unity terrain

Hello

I'm making many terrains on unity with houdini 19.622.
But I'm stuck on layers materials.
I'm following many videos, mostly on old HEU versions and/or made for UE.

I made a test case with 3 layers.
The goal is to have a square of rock, 2 rectangles of grass, on a third material.
It works when I'm using only 2 materials, but if I add a third one, even with the corresponding mask layers, it appears on top.
I don't know why it's different between HEU and Unity, all masks are remaped.

Is it an issue with the Houdini/Unity plugin version(4.2.11) or does Houdini 19.0.622 not work with Unity terrain?
I agree that most tutorials seem to be deprecated, but there are many people stuck with the same issue.
Where can I find the correct workflow for Houdini 19 with Unity 2021, for multiple layering heightfield?

I dunno if you are already doing this, but you need to make sure you have the height and mask on the heightfield as well:
