Opengl to attributes

Is there a sops way to bake opengl render data to points? I vaguely remember that there used to be a vop or possibly vex function to render opengl views from an agent’s viewpoint but I can’t find it again. Something like what we can do with occlusion related functions but with the full opengl experience, without having to go through baking texture maps.

You may be referring to sensor nodes and vex functions, like sensor_panorama_create, etc..

Nice, that seems to be it. Such a neat function but unfortunately it appears to be very unstable.
