I am using a pretty standard default setup for rendering a MantraSurface Material using PBR with an Environment Light and a couple Directional Lights and I noticed some weird behavior. Using only the EnvironmentLight (Directional Lights turned off) with an Environment Map with ?Direct Lighting? for lighting, specular angle set at 0, Diffuse intensity set to 0, and Specular Intensity to 1, I get what I expect- a fairly reflective surface with the Environment Map getting reflected. But if I turn on one of my Distant lights (with a .25-.5 Light Intensity) because I want to add some specular ?hits? on it, the whole render gets darker.
Anyone have any idea why adding light can make a scene get darker?
