I tried this method but with no avail. I went back to my PC to work, but now that I need to travel I tried with the latest build (19.5.472) and it worked like a charm.

Houdini crashing on startup Aug. 30, 2022, 12:18 p.m.
Hi, I haven't been able to use Houdini on my M1 Max machine.
It crashes right after the splash screen and I get a dialogue to submit my crash to SideFX.
I have been trying the daily builds for a couple weeks now, and none have worked.
Is there any way to help out and find out the culprit?
