I want to cook another TOP network, such as the filecache node in SOP, and wedging the version parameter and another parameter to generate multiple versions. However, it keeps producing the same version repeatedly.
I'm aware of nodes like Labs Filecache that have built-in wedging functionality, but I prefer to utilize the 'Target Parameter' feature of the wedge node, which allows for parameter editing.
WowNems If you creat an other wedge for variants it should do the trick..
Thank you for your response, but it seems to not be working. It just repeatedly outputs version 1 at the same path 10 times, resulting in only one file in the end.
I'm temporarily using ropfetch to bypass this issue, and it works just like filecache did before Houdini 19. However, in complex networks, I often use multiple subTOP networks, and it's very inconvenient not being able to wedge them...
