Hi all,

I've been trying to learn RBD but density as an aspect that is really onfusing to me. I have situations like shown in the video where when i increase density on the ball it doesn nothing. Expected behaviour would be that when i increase density it plows through the object instead of just bouncing off.

What is the proper way of getting it so the ball weighs much more and easaly breaks through the entire thing? And more in general, how do i set per object density? Maybe im not doing it correctly. The group does work as you can see when i put the it to inactive. But im not sure

(Dont mind the colors being weird, no clue why my PC records it like that)

I believe your second tab is overriding your density value, since no group is specified. When you change the density in that tab, it changes both objects' values, so no apparent effect. Try making a second group with your vase and choosing it in the second tab.

Ahh you are right! Thank you. I guess I just assumed the first rule takes prio.
