I'm using a Karma rop in a traditional non-solaris setup.

How do you create individual light contributions as per-light AOVs in the Karma rop?

When adding an LPE Tag under each light and enabling under the Karma rop Beauty -> split per LPE tag, C always renders black.

This is using Karma CPU on Houdini 20.5.550 on Windows 10.
Thanks

Not sure what's wrong on your side, but that's how you would do it. Working as expected here on 20.5.613.

I updated to the same version and managed to get it working in XPU mode, but not in CPU mode.
In CPU mode, the beauty remains black.

Also, adding any matte makes the beauty black. Phantoms work fine, it's just mattes that break the beauty. And also CPU rendering.

This is the test scene I'm using:

I have the same problem with your scene as well. I have to recreate a similar setup on my side with new models, lights, shaders and Karma node for it to start working again. Sadly haven't had time to dive into it and figure out what might be causing the problem.

For some reason the lpetags "A", "B" and "C" aren't playing nice. It looks like single capitalized letters are being ignored, if you change them to "a", "b" and "c", or "AA", "BB" and "CC", it all works as expected.
