Ok, so I know what IK is, and IK with twist affector works just dandy. But what the heck is IK with constraints? What does it do, and how do I make it work for me?

Couldn't find enough info in the docs

it like using Joint Limits in Maya…

If you're using the IK w/Constraints solver in your InverseKin CHOP, then it will solve according to the Bone object parameters in the bone tab underneath Kinematic Solver. ie. angle ranges, damping angle, damping roloff. See the online help on the bone object for more info.
