HI, i m completly new to this community, have downloaded apprentice and can t activate it on my offline comp.Any suggestions to solve this prblm? help welcome——–keep on groovin
Start the license manager on the off line computer.
Copy down the server name and server id. Two separate pieces of information.
Get access to a computer with Internet access or a friend of your who do, go to <http://license.sidefx.com/get_nc_license.php [license.sidefx.com]>
Make sure you get the license for the correct version of Houdini.
Type in the server name and server id.
There will be a couple of license string returned.
Copy and paste them to your off line computer to license Houdini Apprenticce.
