Is there a way to create a curve from a bunch of points?

I've used the add SOP to place down a series of points and animated them with some expressions. Now I want a curve from those points. I thought the fit SOP was supposed to do this, but I can't get it to work :?

In your Add sop, switch to the Polygon folder and select “By Group”, and the points will be connected, in order by default.
