Hi,

I've got a closed polygonal mesh with large, very poor aspect ratio triangles. Can anyone tell me how I might retriangulate the mesh to obtain a larger number of smaller triangles with better aspect ratios. It's important that the mesh shape remains intact during these operations and that existing vertices remain unchanged.

Many thanks.

has to be done manually with polysplit, unless you can find anoter app
that does it procedurally (let us know if you do!).

here's the same question with pics, nearly 5-years old:

I don't have answers but just curious about this geometry. Is it from 3D scanners or the like?
