The workflow and pipeline of working with Image3d and RealFlow are identical for all intents and pourposes. At least from my POV.
1. Create a particle simulation
2. Write out iso-surface description
3. Load the iso-surface description into geometry.
4. Render
Has anyone ever posted CFD custom POPs or scripts?

The similarity is, how shall I put it…. deceptive.
Let's try a different example:
"Image3D is same as Photon Mapping“.
1. They both use ”particles“.
2. They both assign regions of influence to these particles.
3. They both ”gather" each region into some volumetric whole that they then…
4. Render.
(A little weak, I know, but serves to illustrate my point…)
Anybody up for writing a global illumination renderer as a custom POP?
