there's a 3d buzz tutorial on the cover cd of this UK magazine..
it's described as covering “special effects”

does anyone know if this is the identical tutorial as the “water ripple” tut on the recent 3d Buzz Siggraph cds?

if you mean the one on issue 43, I believe it covers VOPs…can't say more as that issue has yet to arrive in Canada….

the water ripple tutorial is done with VOPS (havent looked at it yet) sounds like the same one!

well you can't download it so email me at nan2a@mtsu.edu and we will setup something so I can transfer it to you. Its about 85 megs. I have a DSL connection so it wont take too long. If you have AIM I am MatrixNAN we could try transfering it over that way or maybe on IRC. Its a pretty good tut.
