Hi,all ;
May I import the audio file when I convert seq files to a avi file ?
Any suggestions ?
Thanks
Winnie
You can't import video file formats like AVI in Houdini just like that. You'll have to convert it to one or more numbered image/still sequence(s) with seperated soundtrack(s). Which speaking of, you can import audio in Wave file format, however only in the Windows versions of Houdini. In Linux you'll have to use Sun AU, or something else. (See the Houdini documentation for the exact information.)

Oh wait, I'm sorry… I've overread that part.
But I don't think you can add audio to a mcp file conversion.

this kind of thing is best done in another program - Houdini doesn't have the tools for this kind of thing AFAIK (nor should it)
