Hello,
In Houdini Solaris, I have a village of huts laid out using a Layout LOP.
I have a new version of the hut asset as a USD asset. I want to replace the version of the hut I'm using in the Layout LOP with the new version.
Is there a way to do that?
I want to avoid having to manually re-laying out the village.
Thanks

Also curious if there's something obvious here, because I can't seem to figure this out and I've seen posts in the past that suggest this isn't possible? Given Solaris's USD model of working though, it seems like I must be missing something?

You can jump inside the layout LOP and change the asset references in there.
