So I normally don't like to suggest things from other software, but i couldn't resist..

Some of my co-workers use Blender for low-end projects, which is also wonderful. I use it when i need to jump in on those projects that they started, and over the last couple of years, i noticed one thing that i really love about it. Like, the most underrated thing ever IMO. It's not something super-fancy, rather something super-simple.

It's this grab-shortcut.(i think they call it that) if you click/select something, like a keyframe. or a point in space, bezier handles, nodes, or anything actually, you can press the "g", and it will function as if you hold down the mouse button.

It sounds dull, but it is so incredibly satisfying. it feels way more ergonomic, especially after a couple of hours working. getting used to it takes max one day. There are some other extra functions tailored to it, like locking the x/y/z axis when moving around (by pressing x/y/z, or shift pressing those keys to exclude those axis')

I have only seen this behavior in blender, not a single other app.

Curious how other people think about this.
