Hi Everyone,
I have a simple groom setup (pig head → Path → Guide Groom → Hair Generate).
All groom SOPs are merged with correct rest attributes and scaled in SOPs to match Maya scene scale.
In Solaris:
Apply Hair Procedural
Preview with HoudiniPreviewProcedural
At Stage scale = 1, the groom looks correct
When I scale the Stage to 0.01, the groom appears flipped / inverted(only with hair procedural set to deform which is what I need)
This is a pipeline requirement: the groom is exported as an assembly, later re-imported into Houdini, previewed at scale 1, and then scaled down to 0.01 for further Solaris work. The flip only happens after Stage-level scaling.
Scene file attached with minimal repro.
Thanks!

Probably best to export everything so it matches the scale(Maya scale) in Solaris before it's imported from SOPs. Scaling in Solaris just increases the possibility for errors to happen allover the place.

Thanks for the response Heileif, Scaling in Solaris hasn't been an issue so far for me, until I am passing it through the procedurals. Moreover, the problem as I mentioned earlier is this is how the pipeline is structured currently, so trying to figure if it's possible to do this.
