is it possible to drive deformation or Values in a Houdini Engine asset at run time in the final game packaged ?
eg- seem the stairs are a example used alot for explaining Houdini Engine, but can the end user in the finished GAME edit the Stairs ?
currently we doing R&D for a project and checking options

As far as I know that is currently not possible. As far as I understand, the long-term goal is to make it possible in the future.

That's correct. Runtime (game time) cooking of Houdini assets is not supported. I would currently require you ship all of Houdini with your game which is not practical for most game developers.
