Hi!

I've used a lopimportcam to take a camera from the stage and import it into an object network. I would like to be able to look through this camera in the object network, but I can't figure out how to do it.

Any tips?

Thanks!

Cameras in object networks other than /obj won't show up in the viewport menu, however you can still drag and drop them on the viewport to look through them.

Guys, just a heads-up: if you try to export your camera from LOPs using the LOP Import Camera node in an OBJ Network, it won't work. For some reason, the export only functions if you create a camera directly in the OBJ context, bake all the transforms onto it, and then export.

It seems like a limitation of how Houdini handles these nodes. To recap: exporting via the OBJ Network node doesn't work; you need to use the standard OBJ context.
