I am experiencing strange problem with Backround image or COP display in SOP. I have a BK image that is a side elevation sketch.
I defined it as a backround in Display Options as Texture Mapped and Apply Zoom To Backround.
The image is displayed fine with full controls in front, top, and perspective views. But not at all in Right viewport. Now if I turn on Automatically Place Image or turn OFF Texture mapped options the BK image is displayed but in a wrong position. With either one of those options, which allow custom positioning, the BK is not displayed in Right viewport. So I am unable to edit the position and scale of BK image in right viewport, but have to settle for default. Why is that?

You may want to check the near clipping plane in your right viewport. Your background image may actually be clipped in that viewport. At least that's the only thing I can think of off of the top of my head.
