why is no more update in the regular softwarejournal (not the beta), the last one is from:

it would be nice to get informed about the changes and updates.

I suspect that the journal is actually up to date…and there just haven't been any changes/fixes to the 7.0 baseline.

But then again I'm just guessing…so ignore me.

That's correct, the last patch to 7.0 was done on May 13th (Friday the 13th :twisted: ).

Houdini 7.0.421: Fixed a crash when attempting to do an opparm in an BeforeFirstCreate script. It's a bit of an odd thing to do, but it shouldn't crash.

The builds are automated. It's far less trouble to leave them that way than to stop/start the daily build process only when something has changed.

ok, I understand..
that means it makes no sense to download them if nothing has changed at the journal-site.
