Hi All,

I have an Indie license at home that works fine. I also like to run an Apprentice version at work for learning purposes. However, recently, I have not been able to acquire a license for Houdini Apprentice 15.5. I get a message “Did not parse header correctly”.

Is there any fix for this?

NOTE: I did visit the URL posted in the message box and entered my server information. The webpage issued the same reply as the message box, Did not parse header correctly.

When I view the diagnostic information from the License Administrator I see a list of 20 expired license on this machine dating back more than a year. Have I reached some limit? I have uninstalled and re-installed but the previous license information seems to persist. All three server check marks are green or all yes inside the diagnostic information.

I'd send support an email for a licensing issue like this.
