In 18.5 and I think 19.0, hkey showed the correct name of the users computer name, but since 19.5 that's been changed to something like "o-kjTRAGSs@-aSgSDgrA". We're a studio with limited amounts of licenses and it happens from time to time there's a 3D artist "just trying something out" and who's wrongly hogging a license. This change have made the process of finding that user pretty much impossible.

Any solutions to this?

In the License Administrator, go to the menu File -> Preferences and uncheck "Scrub User Names"
