From what I understand, cone twist constraint pin the object at a location but allows it to rotate freely. I understand how to break while under certain torque or angle but is it possible to control the resistance to rotation so it's not rotating too fast? If it couldn't be done in constrains, how would you do it? Thanks!
To add resistant to rotation (while still within the limits), you can turn on Enable Motor and Target Current Pose, which will try to maintain the current relative orientation depending on the motor's strength
