Not speaking for SESI, but that would be how I'd do it:
The builds are on the download page as soon as their “Makefiles” complete. And this takes some time. So if you visit the download page at say 10:00 there might be a new build for an other system, but not yours. If you visit again at 10:30 your system is there eventually, except the “new” build does not affect your system at all. But this should be documented in the changelog…
