Hi
As the faq shows, you get 2 full licenses. the interface is also 2 pcs, it runs simultaneously on the desktop and, say, on your laptop. the render can be set to 2 machines using hqueue, so netrender works with 2 machines, whether you use mantra or karma.

Hello,
I tried the karma xpu caustics settings.
Reflective caustics work quite well.
Refractive caustics can be made to work with extreme parameters.
I think they can be used for still images.
It probably flashes in animation, I haven't tried it.
I have the color limit = 10.
Not sure if this is the solution.
But it can help.

Technical Discussion » Hqueue Installation Problem

Hi
if you use the installer and not the launcher
in the c:\HQueueClient\_windows.py file, modify:
def init(config):
# TODO: Test code.
#remote_path = "\\\\server\\shared folder"
#local_path = "I:"
#username = "hquser"
#password = "hqpass"
and restart the process hqclientd.bat
if you install the clients with the Houdini launcher, they strangely appear among the services and services/HQueueClients/Log On, enter the user data
it still works for me.
I hope I understand your problem correctly...
