well, i textured the treebark and the bridge with cops (i added bump and color maps)





It doesn't show up as well as i would have liked in the scene i'm building.. but rendering is slooowwww because Windows 11 broke my GPU drivers with an right before mardini. oh well.

Building on the past few days, I used COPs to generate procedural wood grain and aimed for a wood-burnt feel, integrating the seahorse into a relief-style engraving scenario.

The goal was to explore texture synthesis and refine control over displacement mapping while keeping the design clean and structured.

The gains are subtle but resonate deeply in my workflows, so I’m happy with how today’s output turned out.
