I acknowledge my submission doesn't fit and will not count (the chicken is not modeled in Houdini), but considering I've only started my learning journey 8 weeks ago, I felt the urge of sharing the work I've done.
Yes, it would have been a better fit under animals, but the render wasn't ready by then.

Day21 - Foood - A pierogis' journey!
Karma/COPS comp - ended up being a bit of a chonky render so pushed it out last night and got here early woop woop :P
Plus had a 'big brain' idea of using switch to render different scenes in one go hah

its my birthday and i wanted to make a cake Sequence but im not in home and i try my best in remote from my phone in touch mode xD no mouse or keyboard

Day 21. Food..
An error on 3d noise for a texture, some "smoothing" faces and so on haha :P

I wanted to use this opportunity to learn the MPM solver. As always what started off as a simple project ended up taking a lot more time -- I enjoyed modelling the bubbles. It takes a lot of time to get the right shading in MaterialX + Karma. But if you spend enough time you eventually get the look.

I also used Studio HDRI for getting the sick look!

Day 21: Food
It was the most challenging day for me. Since I didn't know what to create, I tried cooking,
but I quickly realized I’m not very good at cooking.😭
But I made this just for you! I hope it’s actually edible.

Who doesn't like a bowl of honey soaked cereal eh. The low res render is unfortunate, I'd like to render out a higher res version for youtube later but 1080p was gonna take like 4 min a frame

It's quite impressive how 21 days have changed my skills/speed with houdini, 10 more days to go my fellow magicians!

Today was the first substantial work with MPM. Honestly, I kept putting it off, but today everything went well, and it was great!
