No matter what i do I can't get the ipr render to auto-update. I can set up a mantra renderer to render in the Render View, but only if I click the “Force-re-render” button - but I can't get it to auto update?

We are aware of this issue, (ID=20147). At this time the work around is, to hit the “clear IPR cache” button, or to advance to a new frame, to force the recook.

We have been reluctant to change this behavior because creating a cache file can be a time consuming process, and we imagine that for most complex scenes users won't want it deleted without their knowledge. We agree that the Clear IPR Cache button should turn yellow or otherwise indicate that the user may want to push it, and that there should at least be an option to autoclear the IPR cache to save the user having to hit that button all the time if they are willing to take the performance hit.
