Houdini 11.0.477
I made sphere, added Texture SOP with orthographic projection. When I add Leaf material to it and try to render in Render View, Mantra craches (Windows reports that Mantra stop working). Same result causes applying a wood material, but Stone material works. I made rollback to v 11.0.472 - it's OK.
