i do all the steps

in the end its back to the first step

whats the solution for this problem
(i am using the (non commercial)

this happens to me only when my computer cannot connect to sidefx web ( no internet ) ; and in those cases i get another small window which tells me that . ( i cannot remember exactly its message )

it seems to have been my connection issue ( temporary lost connection ) which i immediately have verified .

once i am reconnected ; everything goes fine .
