what happened? I cant rendering paticles alpha form Color PoP

Does your material support Alpha? If not, add a parameter in the shading network, use Alpha with a capital A, and stick into the Surface Alpha plug of the output node. That works for me. Please note that Opacity and Alpha are 2 different things.
Or, create a new opacity attrib (3float) and use the Alpha in each component. Maybe that works too.
