This is a result from an Open VDB pipeline inside Houdini for meshing multiple interacting fluids without loosing sharp details when collisions are present between them.

I think that the most important thing for this type of setups (multiple fluids), is not to process the resulting particle sim as a whole, is best to convert each fluid and then combine the resulting SDFs; This way is more robust and you can preserve sharpness in the interaction boundary between the fluids.

I hope that the vdb 1.2.0 library will be compiled soon in a houdini build, it comes with the new sharp feature extraction for level set surfacing.
