Hello,

Is there a way to adjust the size of the toolbar icons? I'm using a desktop of 1600x1200 and they're kind of small. They seem to be drawn using vectors as some kind of driver glitch made screen redrawing really slow and I thought I saw the icons being updated in slow motion, one pixel at a time. Because of this, I'm assuming there must be a way to scale up the icons, but looking through the docs I couldn't find anything about this.

Hi Tangan

You can set an environment variable to scale up or down UI.
Right mouse button click your My computer icon on a Desktop
and choose property. Then you can set system environment there.
Put HOUDINI_UISCALE in the variable and number you want in the Value.
Launch Houdini, then UI size changes.
I hope this is you're looking for.
Make sure you have the latest driver from the graphics card company.

HOUDINI_UISCALE
This specifies a fixed scale factor to adjust the dots-per-inch
Houdini uses for displaying ui. A value of 100 will provide the
default of 85 dpi. A value of 200 will have all fonts and icons
twice that size, and 50 will make them half that size. A value of
-1 will cause the dpi to be calculated from the monitor's
dimmensions and resolution, or by HOUDINI_OVERRIDE_*.

By default the value is 100.
