Hi, so I'm fairly new to all this and trying to find tutorials on fluids, dynamics, etc. and all the ones I seem to find are geared towards Houdini 11 and under (except a few like the waterfall one that still doesn't really explain a whole lot to someone as new as me) which seems to be significantly different that Houdini 12.5. Does anyone know where I might find videos or PDFs that fit this build? Thanks!

Peter Quint has some tutorial about dynamics in H12 (only Pyro if I remember well).

Yeah, I've checked out his H12 vids, but they seem to be based off the old ones with the new stuff incorporated. Is there any place I could maybe grab H11 or even H10? Learning those first then jumping into H12 might work best. Thanks.

I don't think tutorials should be so updated. You can go to
http://www.papicrunch.net/GC-houdb/?collec=0&model=list. [
papicrunch.net] And learn by keep learning. Recently, I saw a tutorial “Rigid Body Dynamics DVD” by Craig Zerouni using maybe Houdini 8.x. And I found astonish that the RBD notes and their parameters changed so little since then. I like Houdini because there are full of building blocks of Computer Graphics, even when I need other tools, I found I can pick up some of them quite fast
