Hi,
Is there anything similar to XSI “Weld Boundary Points/Edges” in Houdini?

Hi, does this do it for you:
- use a group SOP to create a point group of boundary points (set the element type to point, turn off the by Number flag, then in the edge tab, turn on unshared edges. Give your group some name)
- then use that group in the fuse SOP group field. Now only points on boundaries that fall within the distance threshold will be fused

Yes it does work. There's a bit more work than in xsi though

Glad it worked!
if it is something you do often, I recommend wrapping it as a digital asset, then it will feel like less work
. When I first moved to houdini from soft, I ended up encapsulating a lot of the things I liked from softimage in digital assets.
