Hello, everyone! I am just learning VOPSOP and have a problem when trying to create a basic color ramp on a grid with a ramp-parameter node.

I make sure vector-to-float is plugged in but then I only get a solid color. What am I missing?

I learned that I need a add-node to apply noise so I assume that I need something before plugging into output? ops:

Yes yes, better get used to the new workflow while just learning, thanks Rob!

Though I don't quite get the idea of using a relbbox for setting up this color ramp. I understand what bounding box is but I still get confused by using bounding box in expressions here and there…

Should I just think of it as a reference value 0-1 of an object that I am applying magic to?
