Can you load/save hotkeys. I work on multiple computers, but I do not see any load/save options in the shortcut pane.

the default attributes are under $HFS/houdini/config/Hotkeys/

if you have changed a hotkey you will find in your user folder the file HotkeyOverrides.
(Windows: C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\houdini15.0)

if all the computers are in the same network you could setup a $HSITE then all your computers will have same configuration.
