Godot has a open file format with some python code it's possible to make a exporter so you can build the game in houdini.

had this Sunday some time and i made a first test (very basic) and it works.
it's at the moment too limited for usage but i hope i can do some more work to make a first release.
My current Targets are:
- Instancing with a File (Big Task)
- Setup Structure (Medium Task)
- Code Linking (Small Task)
- Shader Linking (Medium Task)
- Material Baking (Big Task)
