The ability to ask HAPI_GeoInfo if Geometry has changed between cooks is incredibly valuable.

It would be great to also be able to ask each Part if it has changed. This would allow us (on the client side) to skip the processing of unchanged Parts between cooks.

Is this something that could be added to to Houdini Engine 3.2 in Houdini 17?
